Mobile Scissor Vehicle Lift

The PX-3500X is a low-profile hydraulic scissor lift designed for tyre service centres, mechanical workshops, vehicle detailing studios, and home garages. Operating without permanent floor anchoring, it can be positioned directly on any level, solid concrete surface.

Design and Operational Features

• Low Minimum Profile: With a collapsed height of only 105 mm, this lift accommodates low-ground-clearance sports cars and modified vehicles.
• Initial Lift Assist: An auxiliary scissor mechanism provides full lifting force directly from the lowest resting position.
• Electric Safety Locks: Both platforms incorporate solenoid-operated mechanical safety catches, requiring solely a 230V electrical connection without external pneumatic lines.
• Detachable Crossbeam: The removable centre connecting beam ensures clear access to the underside of the vehicle, particularly advantageous over inspection pits.
• Lockable Drive-on Ramps: The run-up ramps can be locked horizontally flush with the platforms to support vehicles with longer wheelbases.
• Dedicated Lubrication Points: Integrated grease points on all primary pivoting joints provide continuous lubrication for heavy-duty service.
• Integrated Control Unit: The free-standing control console features push-button operation, automatic lock disengagement, acoustic and optical lowering warnings, an emergency stop, and a hydraulic pressure gauge.
• Mobile Kit: Included mobility wheel set enables smooth relocation of the unloaded lift across the workshop floor.
