AFLATEK 4P4000J 4.6M is an electro-hydraulic four-post lift for wheel alignment, vehicle inspections and general workshop servicing. This configuration is supplied with 4600 mm runways, a 4000 kg main lifting capacity and one rolling jack.
The vehicle remains supported on its wheels during alignment work. The included rolling jack provides additional access for wheel, brake and suspension work by lifting an axle clear of the runways.
Both runways are 4600 mm long and 520 mm wide. The extended platform layout provides space for positioning compatible passenger cars and light commercial vehicles within the lift's rated capacity. This listing is for the 4.6 m runway version with 400 V three-phase power.
The platforms feature rear slip plates and front turntable recesses with removable cover plates. One runway can be adjusted laterally to suit the vehicle's track width. A compatible wheel-alignment measuring system is required to measure and adjust vehicle geometry.
The supplied rolling jack moves between the runways so its supports can be positioned beneath the vehicle's designated lifting points. This allows an axle to be raised while the vehicle remains on the main lift. The rolling jack must be used within its own rated capacity.
The main lift uses hydraulic lifting with steel cables and pulleys. Mechanical safety locks support the platform assembly at the column locking positions, with separate cable-failure safety catches.
A single manual release handle operates the main safety locks through mechanical rods and linkages. This is the manual-release configuration.

Plan for the full 5600 mm overall length including ramps and 3500 mm overall width, with additional space for vehicle approach and operator access. The columns are 2120 mm high; ceiling clearance must also accommodate the vehicle at the maximum platform height.
Vehicle suitability depends on total weight, axle loads, tyre positions and the usable platform area. The 4600 mm runway length is not a maximum vehicle-wheelbase specification. Installation, anchoring, electrical connection and levelling must follow the confirmed drawing and operating instructions for the supplied version.
