AFLATEK 4000F Two-Post Car Lift - 4000 kg, 380V

AFLATEK 4000F is an electro-hydraulic two-post lift for vehicle servicing and repair, with a 4000 kg rated lifting capacity. It provides access for brake, suspension, wheel and underbody work, while its floor-plate design connects the columns at floor level and leaves the space above the vehicle free of an overhead crossbeam.

The KAWORK configuration comes with an upgraded equipment package included with every lift, in both the 220 V and 380 V versions. Adjustable lifting arms, screw-adjustable support pads and supplied height adapters help position the supports at the vehicle manufacturer's designated lifting points.

Upgraded equipment included

• Plate-type lifting carriages: the upgraded carriage configuration is supplied as part of every lift.
• Two long and two short telescopic arms: adjustable reach for positioning the support pads beneath compatible vehicles.
• Single-screw adjustable rubber support pads: allow fine adjustment of the contact height at each lifting point.
• Height adapters in two sizes: provide additional support height when required by the vehicle's lifting-point geometry.
• Column covers: included with both electrical versions.

Hydraulic lifting with manual safety-lock release

A 2.6 kW motor powers the hydraulic system. Two hydraulic cylinders work with the chain lifting mechanism, while steel cables equalise the movement of the two carriages. Mechanical safety catches engage during lifting and are released manually at both columns before lowering. Arm restraints help secure the selected arm positions, and an upper limit switch limits upward travel.

Choose the power supply for your workshop

The AFLATEK 4000F is available as a 220 V single-phase version or a 380 V three-phase version. Select the required electrical version when ordering. Both versions include the same upgraded equipment package.

Workshop applications and installation

Suitable for servicing compatible passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. Vehicle suitability depends on total weight, weight distribution, lifting-point positions and the reach of the lifting arms and adapters.

Install indoors on a suitable concrete foundation, with the specified anchoring and an electrical supply matching the selected version. Installation and commissioning must follow the manufacturer's instructions. Allow space for the external hydraulic power unit and check ceiling clearance against the vehicle height and intended lifting position.
