AFLATEK 4P5000J is an electro-hydraulic four-post lift for wheel alignment, inspections and vehicle maintenance. Its 5000 kg main lifting capacity and 5000 mm drive-on runways provide a working platform for compatible passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles.
The vehicle remains supported on its wheels during alignment work. When wheel, brake or suspension access is required, the included 2500 kg rolling jack can raise an axle clear of the runways. The main lift and rolling jack each have their own rated capacity.
The runways include two rear slip plates and two front recesses for compatible wheel-alignment turntables. Adjustable runway spacing provides a 990-1100 mm clear gap between the runways. A compatible wheel-alignment measuring system is required to measure and adjust vehicle geometry.
One pneumatic-hydraulic rolling jack is supplied with the lift. It moves along the inner runway rails so the lifting supports can be positioned beneath the vehicle's designated lifting points. Its scissor mechanism raises the supported axle, while a separate mechanical safety lock secures the jack at its locking positions.
The main lift uses a hydraulic cylinder with four steel lifting cables and pulleys. Mechanical working locks support the platform assembly at the columns, with additional cable-failure safety catches.
The main lift's locks are released by pneumatic cylinders controlled through an electrically operated air valve. Both the lift's release system and the rolling jack require an external 6-8 bar compressed-air supply. The lift connects to 400 V three-phase power and uses a 24 V control circuit.

Allow space for the full 6235 mm length including ramps, vehicle approach, operator access and the required ceiling clearance. Vehicle compatibility depends on weight distribution, axle loads, tyre positions and the usable platform area. The 5000 mm runway length is not a maximum vehicle-wheelbase specification.
Install indoors on a suitable concrete foundation, with anchoring, electrical connections and a prepared compressed-air supply specified for the delivered lift. Professional installation, levelling and commissioning must follow the confirmed installation drawing and operating instructions for that version.
