PK-4500G AUTOMATIC two-column lift 

This lift is a version with an upper connection of columns, i.e. the so-called „free pass”.

The upper connection allows you to climb the lift without any obstacles - this is especially useful when rolling the vehicle onto the lift, which happens very often.
Working under such a lift is much more convenient, there is nothing to trip over, and this can be appreciated the most when using workshop equipment on wheels, such as an oil sucker, a gearbox lift or an ordinary tool trolley, which in a standard lift with a lower connection you always have to drag through this lower beam connecting the columns.
In this lift, all these problems disappear.

TWO HEIGHT OPTIONS

PK-4500G is based on our very popular PK-4500A model, which is one of the most frequently chosen lifts by our customers.
It is chosen where there is a need to operate buses, and the rooms are not the largest.
Therefore, in this model you can choose the height at which the upper beam will be mounted.
It can be 3880 mm or 4200 mm
The problem in many workshops is not only the height of the room, but also the width, which is why in this model we used a standard column spacing, but also equipped it with very long arms, making it narrower than most typical lifts designed typically for buses

SYMMETRICAL 3 SEGMENT LONG ARMS 4x150 cm

Thanks to such long arms, it is able to lift buses with a longer wheelbase, such as: DUCATO SPRINTER, CRAFTER or MASTER.

AUTOMATIC PAWLS 
The lift is equipped with an automatic system of detents on each column, which allows for safe and reliable operation under the lift.

There is no need to remember to release them on both columns separately, pull the cables or levers. Just press the button and the pawls will unlock and the arms will lower.

ARM LOCK

Additionally, each arm is equipped with a lock that prevents the arms from moving sideways to prevent the arm from sliding out from under the vehicle. When the arms are lifted from the ground, the locks automatically lock and when lowered, they release themselves.

CONTROL PANEL 

The control panel is equipped with buttons for lifting, lowering and locking, as well as a power light, an audible signal, a main switch and a safety switch, as well as a very useful 230 V power socket, which will make working with additional electrical devices much easier.

RUBBER PROTECTIVE CAPS

The lift has rubber covers that protect against damage to the vehicle door on the lift columns. This is especially useful when boarding and disembarking a vehicle standing between columns.

EMERGENCY LOWERING

The lift is equipped with a solenoid valve that can be manually opened and closed - so in the event of a power failure, the vehicle can be lowered down.

Booster bushings 

Very often, vans, 4x4 frame cars and sports cars with additional spoilers require additional lifting adapters.
Our lift is equipped with such adapters, so working with such cars will not be a problem.

USER MANUAL

This seems like an obvious matter, but many of the instructions we encounter are either at best in English or so poorly translated that they only cause more confusion. Our instructions are created by us and for our devices, so installation or operation are not a problem.

M20x200 MOUNTING ANCHORS  

High-quality M20x200mm anchors we do not use the cheapest Chinese anchors for the so-called "Nail"!!

PROTECTIVE SHEETS 

Work such as welding or grinding is often carried out on the lift, during which there is a high risk of damage to the actuator blades, which leads to quick damage to the seals and leaks, which is why each lift comes with protective sheets.

HYDARULIC OIL 

To start the lift, you need HL-46 hydraulic oil, which is also supplied with the lift.
